Please, read these General terms carefully before using our web page (www.romb-nasice.hr), in
case you want to buy a product marketed here or simply get information about the product.

Clarification of certain phrases mentioned in General terms
The Seller is Romb d.o.o., Brace Radica 6, 31500 Nasice.
www.romb-nasice.hr is a web page owned by the Seller.
The Buyer is a person that in an electronic form registers their personal data and orders at least one
product from www.romb-nasice.hr.
Web page visitor is a person that uses electronic communication to visit the web page and browses
through the offer without registration.
The User is, at the same time, the Buyer and the Visitor of the above-mentioned web page.
Online shopping implies the buying of the product via www.romb-nasice.hr
Products are all products offered at www.romb-nasice.hr, presented for online purchase.

GENERAL TERMS (basic information)

- General terms help define relation between the Visitor of the web page, Buyer and Seller,
concerning conditions and proceedings of the buying and selling, ordering, payment, delivery,
guarantee, complaints, return and delivery of the Product – but also, all other questions concerning
online shopping. Buy sell agreement of the product between Buyer and Seller is established at the
moment when the Seller (tenderer) receives an electronic message stating that Buyer is accepting
the offer, or at the moment the Seller receives the Buyer's order. These general terms are drawn in
accordance to Croatian Consumer Protection Law (ZZP), Electronic trade law (ZET) and Civil
obligations act (ZOO) and represent this above-mentioned statement, under the article 43 of ZZP.
By using the web page www.romb-nasice.hr it is considered that the Visitor and the Buyer are
familiar with General terms and that they accept them. A disregard of the General terms implies
responsibility and obligation to re-compensate the damages. The Buyer is not responsible for any
questions that could appear because the Visitor and Buyer refused to read the General terms. The
Buyer can't be a minor and they have to be a legal capacity.
While using the web page www.romb-nasice.hr, Users are obliged to give accurate, valid and
complete personal data, especially while filling out online registration form. Differences in this
procedure will enable the Seller to deny Users access to their services (completely or partially) and
withhold access to products Users want to buy. Photographs shown at www.romb-nasice.hr are for
illustration purpose only. Photographs, texts, and other material mustn't be printed, sold, published
(publicly or privately) or in any other way used without the Seller's consent. The Seller keeps all
authors' rights and has the copyright to use photographs, texts and other content published on the
web page, according to legal regulations relevant in the Republic of Croatia. The Seller maintains
the right to change these General terms at any moment, but has to officially announce the changes at
the web page www.romb-nasice.hr. At any given moment, the Seller maintains the right to change
the offer, the price of the Products and other information concerning online shopping, as well as
other content published at www.romb-nasice.hr. This obliges Users to review contents of the web

page every time they visit. Should this be neglected, the Seller is exempt from liability. Services
offered by the Seller, presented in the online shop at www.romb-nasice.hr don't include Users'
expenses made by operating their computer equipment or third party services that enable them to
access the web page. The Seller is not responsible for the phone bill, internet provider cost or any
other expenses that might occur, nor are they responsible for any kind of damages that might occur
if the internet link is disconnected during the process of online shopping.

ONLINE SHOPPING

When ordering a Product using the electronic form, it is necessary to register at the web page
www.romb-nasice.hr for online shopping, and with that intent, to fill out an electronic registration
form supplying all required personal data. By filling out the form, the User verifies the accuracy and
completeness of supplied data, and confirms that they, in entirety, accept these General terms for
online shopping. After a successful registration, the Buyer will receive an email with instructions to
confirm the registration. The Seller is obliged to regularly maintain the web page www.romb-
nasice.hr and provide Visitors and Buyers clear and straightforward information about available
Products. By ordering a Product on offer and accepting these General terms, the User verifies that
they were duly notified, before closing the Buy Sell agreement (by prior notification), about the
Seller's name, company or title, tax number and place of business, and in such a way that the User
can express their complaints about products on offer, their name, main characteristics, price
(including tax and other charges), delivery cost, payment method and delivery period and consumer
rights (of which the Seller needs to inform the User). Also, all parties must be informed of the fact
that the agreement made by means of distance communication can be broken within seven working
days. All parties must be noted about situations in which the consumer can't break the contract, but
also a period in which the offer or price are applied through these General terms. Following the
regulations in Consumer Protection Law (ZZP) The Seller will provide the Buyer (consumer) a
statement of prior notice in written or other permanent form, as soon as possible, and at the latest, at
the moment of delivery. By accepting these General terms, the Buyer accepts the delivery of prior
notice by electronic mail to their email address that they supply during placement of the order, or at
their home address, at the moment of delivery of the Product, along with the receipt.

 

PRODUCT PRICES

All Product prices are retail prices. The prices of the Product and delivery are shown in Croatian
kuna and VAT is included. The Seller is authorized to change the prices without prior notice. Also,
the Seller is authorized, without prior notice and at any given moment, to announce a sale and
discount prices for every Product. Prices, terms of payment and discount offers are valid only
during the moment of placing an order.

PAYMENT

Payment of selected titles can be made in four ways:

- Credit card - this payment method is liable to all standard security methods and Romb d.o.o.
guarantees for security of data used in the process of online shopping. The process of authorization
is conducted through T-com Pay Way system, protected by SSL security system protocol with 128-
bit encryption. Payment is carried out at the moment the order is ready for shipment.
- On delivery – this payment method implies that the ordered Products have to be paid upon
receiving the package. For now, this payment method is available only in Croatia.
- Bank transfer/ bank payment – we suggest this method to all juridical persons who require a VAT
ID on their receipt. By choosing this payment method, the Buyer will receive a preliminary estimate
(via fax or email) before ordering the Product. After registration, Romb d.o.o. will send them the
package and receipt with VAT ID. Bank payment is recommended to natural persons who will, after
ordering the Product, receive an email with a payment offer. This payment method can be used by
people ordering outside Croatia.
- Cash – this payment method is available only when the Buyer chooses our headquarters in Našice,
Braće Radića 6, as delivery address.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery methods can be divided into two basic categories:
- Sending the package to a designated address. The Seller ships the packages via Overseas Express
and the cost is paid by the Buyer who is charged according to delivery company’s prices.
- Receiving the package at our headquarters’ address is made without delivery expenses. This type
of delivery is the fastest. Products that have already been paid for will be delivered to the Buyer
within 4 days, at the most. In case the delivery can’t be made or should the delivery date change, the
Seller will notify the Buyer (via email or phone) about the problem and arrange a new delivery date.
Upon receiving the package, the receiver verifies and signs the shipping list. According to Civil
obligations act, once the receiver verifies the shipping list, the package is considered to be delivered
undamaged. From there on, the delivery service is exempt from any additional liability. Prices of
delivery can be found at www.romb-nasice.hr, VAT included. The Seller formed the prices based on
the price list and weight of the Product (following Overseas Express price list). Upon receiving the
Product, the Buyer is obliged to inspect it. In case the Product is visibly damaged, they have the
right to decline the delivery and request for a non-damaged Product. In case the Buyer received a
Product other from the one they bought, they are entitled to a money refund. The refund has to
include the price of the Product, price of delivery and recompense for the Product return. Also, the
Buyer has to return the Product.

 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Seller is obliged to protect the privacy of personal data provided by all registered Uses of the
web page www.romb-nasice.hr and will use them according to the Act on personal data protection

and other relevant regulations. The Seller manages personal data provided by the Buyer only to the
extent of their liability, to inform the Buyer about new product and on sale items, and to check other
data necessary for online shopping. During the registration, the User gives their consent for data
processing in here-mentioned cases. The User also gives consent, stating that the Seller can
communicate with them in writing, through SMS and/or via email. User’s personal data is protected
through Act on personal data protection and the Seller will not make them available to the third
party. Personal data is forwarded only to the business partners involved in delivery of the order. The
buyer has the right to ask for correction, change or update of incorrect, insufficient or old data. The
Seller vouches that email address and other User data will not be used by third parties, natural or
juridical persons, without User’s consent. However, if executive branch of government of Republic
of Croatia should require an insight into personal data, and provide a valid court order for the
investigation, the data will be submitted to them. The Seller is not responsible for accidental
mistake or one made by force of nature or other pragmatic circumstances that accidentally infringe
the protection of User’s personal data. However, the Seller guarantees that, if possible, the mistake
will be corrected as soon as possible.

 

Written complaints procedure
Following Act 8 of Croatian Consumer Protection Law (ZZP), the Seller enables all Buyers to send
their written complaints to the address: Romb d.o.o., Braće Radića 6, 31500 Našice, or to Seller’s
email address romb.doo@gmail.com.
Upon receiving written claims and complaints, the Seller will answer all of them within 15 days.
