Terms of delivery EN

In the territory of the Republic of Croatia, we use Overseas Express for all deliveries. Delivery is

made following the delivery company's terms of use and is considered to be completed as soon as

the product is given to the delivery company. Upon delivery, the Buyer (Recipient) is obliged to

sign a delivery form stating that they received the product. This way, they validate that the product

was indeed delivered. If the product sent to the Buyer returns to Romb d.o.o. due to failed delivery,

the Buyer will be notified via email or phone and they will have the option to have the product

resent to them.
