Terms of return and complaints EN

Products that you ordered are packaged in a way that the usual handling in transport or delivery

won't cause any damage. Every book is packaged and additionally protected by special transport

packaging. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package when delivered. If the packaging has visible

damages/faults, we suggest the Buyer decline the delivery since there is a possibility the product

might be damaged. By declining the package, the delivery company will fill out a report form and

return the package to Romb d.o.o., with a note that the package is damaged.

Complaints concerning damage and any other pleads can be stated in writing, via email or standard
mail.

In case your complaint is justified and valid, we'll enable you to exchange the product or get a
refund.
